This is a set of the 5 to 10K running program stickers for your planner! Now that you've run a 5K (congrats! You did it!), what's stopping you from reaching for a 10K? These stickers would be perfect to track your running days, going from 5K to 10K.

I went from leading a sedentary lifestyle to running my first 5K race in 6 months, thanks to the C25K program. Next, I trained for a 10K race and I used a similar program that took me another 9 weeks to go from 5K to 10K.

Thanks to this training plan, I ran my first 10K race in the 2016 Melbourne Marathon. This running program really works! I can't recommend it enough. :)

These stickers are designed to fit any planners and notebooks and come ready to be used.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Each sticker sheet measures 15 x 10cm (6" x 4").
- This sticker sheet contains 33 stickers.
- Each sticker measures approximately 1.2 - 4.9cm wide.
- Stickers are printed via an inkjet printer on 105gsm matte adhesive paper and are kiss-cut.
- The stickers are non-removable.
